Gina Harris
President and CEO
Location: Kansas City, MO
Gina Harris is the Chief Executive Officer responsible for the overall operation of the company. Her experience in analysis, project management, finance, and customer service spans over 20 years. Prior to forming Joenic Steel, LLC, Gina resided for 2 years in China and was responsible for the project management systems for a newly created joint-venture steel fabrication company.
David Harris
Vice President – Sales and Marketing
Location: Kansas City, MO
David Harris has over 25 years experience developing structural steel solutions through all phases of a project including estimating/sales, purchasing, production, erection and financial planning. Living and working overseas has provided incredible contacts and resources that can be utilized for a wide variety of projects of all sizes.
Jim Carey, PE, SE
Vice President – Engineering
Location: Tulsa, OK
Jim Carey is a professional engineer with over 40 years of structural engineering experience. He has worked with architectural, consulting and manufacturing firms, involved exclusively with industrial structural steel projects since 1998. Jim is responsible for engineering design using a variety of codes and standards in addition to customer and subcontractor coordination.
Jimmy Miller
Director of Project Management
Location: Tulsa, OK
With over 30 years of experience in the power generation field, Jimmy works closely with clients, engineers, and vendors to streamline projects.
As the Director of Project Management for Joenic Steel, Inc. Jimmy oversees design and detailing while working with local and international fabricators to ensure client needs are executed.
Paul Mastrianni
Senior Supply Chain Specialist
Location: Clifton Park, NY
Paul is an Industrial Engineer with over 30 years’ experience in the power industry and an additional 10 years in aerospace manufacturing. He has worked a variety of roles with increased responsibility at both General Electric as well as Hughes Aircraft in Southern Ca. Paul has extensive international experience and an array of expertise including quality supplier quality, fulfillment, contract negotiations and lean manufacturing. Paul is a Certified Black Belt from GE, has a Masters Degree in Systems Management from USC in Los Angeles, Ca. and a BS in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, PA.
John Slater
Quality Assurance Manager
Location: Tulsa, OK
John Slater has been involved in the Power Generation and manufacturing industries for over 15 years, specifically in the fields of Quality Assurance, Quality Control and Safety. Current certifications include AWS Certified Welding Inspector, CWB Certified Welding Supervisor, ASQ Certified Quality Technician, ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor and is SNT-TC-1A Level II certified in MT, PT and RT Film Interpretation. John has extensive experience in sourcing quality, auditing, inspection and also provides technical field assistance for issue resolution.
Ashe Huang
Sourcing Quality Leader, Asia
Location: Jiangmen, China
Ashe Huang represents Joenic Steel, LLC in the areas of quality assurance, technical training, and schedule monitoring at the manufacturing locations in China.
Ashe has over 10 years’ experience in steel structure fabrication and quality control. He is knowledgeable about the entire steel structure fabrication process, including project management, welding, painting and packaging. He is adept at coordinating with internal departments, possesses coordination, leadership & time management skills. Ashe communicates well in both written and oral English.
James Lee
Sourcing Quality Engineer
Location: Jiangmen, China
James Lee has over 13 years’ experience in steel structure fabrication supervision and quality control and inspection. James is knowledgeable about the entire steel structure fabrication process for the gas turbine accessory, from gas turbine enclosure, filter house, inlet ducting system to the exhaust system. He is familiar with the inspection and testing for the fabrication process, including material preparation, fit-up and welding, painting and packaging &shipping and documentation review. He has international experience of project supervision and inspection for projects in Southeast Asia.
Gerado Doria
Sourcing Quality Leader, Mexico
Location: San Luis Potosi, Mexico
Gerardo has more than 22 years’ experience in power plant fabrication. Gerardo focuses on supervising and coaching fitters and welders, promoting fabrication improvement and providing technical support in all phases of the fabrication process. He is knowledgeable in diverters, plenums, transitions, filter houses, diffusers, and more. Gerardo is experienced in techniques related to sandblasting, painting, logistics, transportation, quality control, and has achieved NDT’s Visual Inspection Level II. Gerardo has international experience in job site and construction support in power plants in the United States, Argentina, Brazil, and Mexico.
